Giving them a one-star review for not refunding your "non-refundable" ticket is stupid.- It may be hot, cold, luke-warm on your bus. It's a scam if your not on time. What if that was my last 15 dollars and this made me stranded in another city away from my home?They need to shut down until their customer service is upgraded! Do NOT buy tickets for this bus!! I genuinely thought I needed a face mask. Now stop right there if youre thinking ...well dont be late next time. to charge your laptop/phone etc and free wifi. I had one suitcase and a backpack. Just very rude and sarcastic. The window staff was nice in getting everyone checked-in in an orderly manner.However, the whole system is a mess! Absolutely horrible!!!!! The office itself is kind of hidden so it may be hard to find. She was neither super nor advised me to do anything. I'm extremely frustrated with the way I was treated by the staff at the stop and over the phone. this is the worst experience i have EVER had with a transportation company. Shaking my damn head! Again, it's $1 fares, so don't get too bent out of shape. They don't even deserve one star, at least the bus from Tampa to Miami, always 1 hour late or more, the driver is CRAZY, even tho the whole bus complains about him every time, he is still there. My trip home back to Orlando was delayed by 3 hours and a half was supposed to leave at 12:40 the other next set bus back home was 3:40 it didn't come until 3:55 because that one couldn't fit the passengers from the 12:40. I did everything I was supposed to on my end and because the customer service is extremely lacking I missed my bus. If da cameras catch ya, ya'r trip will be ...term...i...nat...ttted.
